Apart from my contacts and experience, I'm fully aware of all the rules and regulations from the municipality of Amsterdam and I can provide legal temporary housing contracts for all rentals.

Quick introduction

My name is Tim Hofstee and I’ve been living in Amsterdam most of my life. I know the city like (as we say in Dutch) "mijn broekzak".

From 2011 to 2018 I used to run my own company together with my good friend Fred. We specialised in temporary housing for tourists & expats. With our team of approximately 20 young professionals, we used to manage 1000+ apartments and hosted thousands of guests each year. We sold the company by the end of 2018 as I felt I needed a new challenge in my life.

I've started "Hof Housing" so I can do what I do best; find suitable temporary accommodation for those who need it. I'm focussing on mid- en longterm (expat) rentals.
